New Magistrate takes over Fatou Touray & Co‘s unauthorised publication case as trial resumes next week

A new Magistrate has been assigned to take charge of the unauthorised publication case against Fatou Touray, CEO of Kerr Fatou media and Fatoumata Drammeh, widely known as Tima La Waato of Paradise Tv at the BrikamaMagistrate’s Court in Brikama, West Coast Region.

The two accused persons are charged with unauthorised publication in an ongoing matter at the Children’s Court in Brikama.

Magistrate Fatoumata Darboe has now been assigned to take charge of the case which was previously presided over by Magistrate Peter Che. This development came following the earlier transfer of Magistrate Peter Che to Basse in the Upper River Region, LTN has learnt.

The case is now expected to resume on November 20th at 2 pm before Magistrate Fatoumata Darboe.
