Lawyer Gaye makes submission for no-case to answer in alleged American passport forger’s case

Abdoulie Keita an alleged forger of American Passport, on Thursday, made a submission for a no-case-to answer for his client at the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court presided over by Principal Magistrate Omar Jabang.

Abdoulie Keita, sometime in December 2021 was alleged of forging an American Passport and also paraded himself as an American citizen working with the National Security Agency deployed to Senegal overseeing The Gambia.

Abdoulie Keita was also accused of altering a fake American Passport number 595965794 bearing his name that was allegedly changed to Mamie Fatou Sallah.

However, yesterday Keita’s lawyer, Mr. Gaye, filed a no-case to answer before Principal Magistrate Omar Jabang which is now set for adoption.
