Man arraigned for going armed in public

Masereh Sanneh has pleaded not guilty of going armed in public when he appeared before Magistrate Mam Samba Jallow of Kanifing Magistrate Court on Wednesday, 2nd June, 2021.

The accused, Masereh Sanneh was charged for going armed in public contrary to section 79 of the Criminal Code caps 10 Vol III Laws of The Gambi 2009.

Masereh Sanneh on or about the 19th day of May 2021 at Lamalama Bakau was found armed with a seissor (scissor) in public in a manner causing threat.

Taking his plea after the charge sheet was ready to him, he pleaded not guilty of the offense.

The case was later adjourned to 8th June, 2021 at 11am for hearing.
