The Gambia Police PRO Binta Njie Jatta confirmed this over a telephone with this reporter on Monday.

The PRO disclosed that APRC loyalist, Omar Sanneh commonly known as ”Baitullah” was not in the Gambia and noted that he has been arrested by the Senegalese Security Forces, and is still under the custody of the Senegalese government.

She added that the Senegalese Government is yet to give reasons for the arrest of a popular APRC loyalist, who has been regular in his WhatsApp rant that he always hits both Gambians and Senegalese residents on bad governance and injustice.
