Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association commemorates 38th National Ijtema Convention

Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association  on Friday commemorated its 38th National (Ijtema) convention  at Masoor Senior Secondary School in Yundum.

The Minister of Information, Lamin Queen Jammeh who was honoured to be the guest speaker commended the organisation for such ideal philosophy of  ‘Admiring love for everyone and hatred for none,’ and enjoined them to understand the believe of  the people and reflect how they live and relate with one another.

According to him, childhood is a very important stage of human development that no child should play equally with both parents too and advised  them to always listen to the advice of their parents.

Minister Jammeh also called on parents to inculcate good morals in the minds of their children who are the future leaders while also appealing to the youth of the jaama’t to embrace one another  in order to live in peace and harmony as the main principle of Islam.

Alieu Trawally, president of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association pointed out that with proper guidance, they will fulfil their purpose in life for the betterment of humanity and also to serve the purpose of their creation.
