Global Properties Real Estate Company Thursday unveiled its $2 million worth eleven-storey building headquarter situated along Bertil Harding Highway.

The opening of this office edifice comes as the company clocks 15 years of business in the real estate sector in The Gambia, Senegal and Ghana.

Speaking at the ceremony, Saul Frazer, chief executive officer and managing director of the company, expressed happiness for being the first real estate proprietor to build the tallest buildings in the country within the short span of years in business.

“Our mission is simple that is delivering innovative property solutions to meet the demands of our clients. Over the last 15 years, our company has grown immensely to provide a wide way of real estate services in three countries,” he said.

According to him, his objectives were driven by the need to enlarge the service sector within the real estate sector.

“When I established this company 15 years ago, my objectives were driven by the need to enlarge the service sector within the real estate sector. But as a top company in the sector having our own commercial development was important to ensure we strategically position ourselves in the market. We knew right then the first step would be to build our own headquarters here in The Gambia,” he added.

“So, when the opportunity came, we immediately took off and designed an amazing eleven-storey commercial building in the history of The Gambia so far. The whole project is estimated to cost about 2 million dollars,” he disclosed.

Meanwhile, Nyilan Faye, staff of the company also expressed happiness about the new tallest headquarter of the Global Properties in the country and highlighted some of the company’s projects including Greenville and the airport residential project.
