Pa Amat Dibba scores fifth league for Eyupspor

Gambian striker Pa Amat Dibba has scored his fifth Turkish League goal after striking for his side, Eyupspor 2-0 home win over Tuzlaspor during their week-17 fixture of the Turkish Lig 1 (Second Division) played at the Eyup Stadyumu on Wednesday.

The 34-year-old veteran striker scored his side’s second goal in the 56th minute after Umut Bulut’s opener in the 51st minute of the second half.

The Farafenni-born player has now scored five league goals for Eyupspor after scoring against Bursaspor, Menemenspor, Altinordu Samsunspor and now Tuzlaspor respectively.

This is the first win respected by Pa Dibba’s side following following three games without a victory.

The triumph moved Eyupspor to fourth position in the league with 30 points, leveled with Ankaragucu, while Tuzlaspor occupied tenth position with 22 points after 16 matches in the Turkish Second Division league.

Pa Amat Dibba and his Eyupspor side will next play against the league struggling side Balikesirspor.
