Inciting violence man pleaded not guilty

Sambujang Dibba charged for allegedly threatening to kill Musa Dibba has pleaded not guilty of the charges leveled against him before Magistrate FB Jallow of the Kanifing Magistrate Court when he appeared in court on Wednesday.

Sambujang Dibba is a native of Bakau and was charged with a single offence, threatening to kill Musa Dibba.

In narration of his offence, he on 7th August, 2021 in Bakau (allegedly) threatened to kill Musa Dibba by holding a cutlass, knife, pieces of a broken bottle.

However, when the charge sheet was ready to him in the language he understand he pleaded not guilty of the offence and he was given a bail in the sum of D30,000 with one Gambian surety who shall swore to an affidavit of means and tender his or her biometric ID Card to the court.

The case was later adjourned to the 25th August, 2021, Sergeant 3577 Kebbeh represented IGP.
