APRC Deputy Leader Vows to Block Tambadou from leaving Gambia

Opposition, Alliance for Patriotic Reorientation and Construction (APRC) party deputy leader Ousman Jatta, widely known as   Rambo has vowed to assemble his party enthusiasts to block traffic and prevent resigned minister of Abubacarr Tambadou from leaving the country.

He led efforts to establish various commissions, especially the country first human rights commission, as well led the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) case in defense of Rohingya Muslims minority in Myanmar.

Tambadou stepped down on Thursday, but will leave office on June 30. He is replaced by lawyer Dawda Jallow, President Adama Barrow.

In a Whatsapp audio, Jatta said they will do everything in their means to stop Baa Tambadou from leaving the country. He also accused Tambadou of treating the APRC supporters badly.
