Mansakonko Area Council has validated its strategic plan for the coming years.
CEO Mansakonko Area Council Pa Sait Ceesay made a brief explanation of council’s aims and objectives for its development projects and programs and the importance of today’s workshop.
Landing B. Sanneh, chairman Mansakonko Area Council urged the people to take advantage of the new Gambia.
“All inclusive we believe as everyone has a part to play and we should maintain this trend. Mansakonko Area council is ready to work with all and to make the region number in the country,” he said.
Governor of LRR Madam Fatou Jammeh Touray, in her part welcome the workshop delegates she also thanked everyone for coming to participate in such a good meeting. She thanked the consultant Mr. Sanyang for his effort and the good work he is doing for the country. She further thanked ministry of finance and economic affairs and UNDP for helping the people of LRR in their development projects and programs.
