Gambia Ports Authority Football Club have won the national second division league following a 1-1 stalemate with Medina United, the second-place occupants.
With only one game remaining, the draw gives Gambia Ports Authority a six-point advantage over Medina United, who need just a point in their final league game to join Ports Authority in the top flight next season.
At the Late Ousman Saho Football Field in Old Yundum, Serekunda FC lost 2-0 against Elite United FC. Suwo Kono drew 1-1 with Wallidan FC at the Jarra Soma Mini Stadium, while RS Tallinding FC drew 0-0 against fellow play-off contenders Colley Stars FC. The two sides are level on 52 points, two points behind Elite United, who will be guaranteed a place after the final game.
Kanifing East FC need a point to be sure of survival and continue playing in the second division next season.
Unique Global, Gunjur United, and Serekunda United FC are all assured of maintaining a spot in the second division next season.
The league debutants, Suwo Kono FC and Baalor Sarr FC, both maintain their position for the 2025/2026 season. Essau United FC return to third division football after securing only 20 points in 33 matches in their debut season.
