Future Bi, Jeshwang Utd moves level on top, Prison held in Women’s 2nd tier

Future Bi and Jeshwang United have both moved level on points at the stop of Women’s Second Division League following their respective wins, while Raptim FC held Prison in the week-7 fixtures of the Women’s Second Division League played over the weekend.

Future Bi defeated Lower Nuimi 3-2 in a game played at the Soma mini-stadium on Saturday.

A brace from Kaddy Jarju in the 7 and 22 minutes before Anna Bojang added the third to give all the three points to Future Bi.

Lower Nuimi who were looking for a draw to share the spoils scored their both goals in the 52 and 61 minutes respectively.

Future Bi now collected their fifth win of the season while Lower Nuimi conceded their fourth defeat of the season.

Future Bi overall collected five wins, two defeats and zero loss after seven games, while Lower Nuimi registered three wins, four defeats and no draw yet after seven games.

Future Bi moved top of the standings on 15 points, leveling with Jeshwang United, while Lower Nuimi occupied 6th position on 9 points.

Elsewhere, Jeshwang United also beat Young Icons 2-0 in a game played at the Soma mini-stadium on Friday.

This is the fifth victory recorded by Jeshwang United, while Young Icons suffered their sixth defeat of the season.

Jeshwang United overall collected five wins, two defeats and no draw yet after seven games, while Young Icons overall registered one win, six defeats and no draw yet as well after seven games.

Jeshwang United moved 2nd position on 15 points, leveling with first place occupant Future Bi, while Young Icons occupied second-from-bottom-(7th)-position on 3 points.

Raptim FC held Prison to a 1-1 draw in a game played at the Kiti football field on Saturday.

Prison FC were forced to collect their third draw of the season, so as Raptim FC also collected their third draw of the season.

Raptim FC overall collected one win, three draws and three defeats after seven games, while Prison FC overall registered three wins, one draw and three defeats after seven games.

Raptim sit 8th position on 6th points, while Prison FC occupied 5th position on 10 points.

Meanwhile, Koita FC and Foni Girls game scheduled for Friday was postponed after some players of Foni Girls lost a relative called Landing Jarju in a fatal accident which occurred in Faraba on Friday, when the vehicle he was travelling in collided with a truck claiming several lives.
