Edward also said that his dismissal was baseless because he was invited to a meeting for the first time with the top management and in that meeting they were served with a paper that they should explain the reasons for the high cost.

He added that his role as a receiving clerk does not permit him that to know the cost but rather to check the quality of the products.

Mr Yenaldoyamri James, the Manager of Labranda Coral Beach Resort and Spa said that they already have all the demands of the demonstrators on paper and they will report it to the headquarters, because they cannot solve the problem in few minutes and they need time to work it out.

He urged the demonstrators to go back to work; they will come up with resolutions by the 19th of this month on the issues raised by the demonstrators.
