The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) National Promotion Playoffs enter the semi-final stage on Tuesday, with four regional champions competing for places in the Men’s Division Two league.
Kanifing Municipality Regional Football Association champions ASM Athletic FC will face North Bank Region champions Essau United at the Live Your Dream Project Field in Basori.
In the other semi-final, West Coast Region champions Jam City United FC will take on Upper River Region champions SABI FC at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium.
The winners of both semi-final matches will earn automatic promotion to the GFF Men’s Division Two League and qualify for the National Promotion Playoffs final to contest the national title.
The losing teams will have another opportunity to secure promotion when they meet in the third-place playoff. The winner of that match will claim the final promotion place to Division Two.
The fixtures mark the decisive stage of the national promotion competition, with the four regional champions seeking to secure places in the country’s second-tier football league.
