Africell The Gambia has presented a luxury duplex to the winner of its latest raffle draw, in a move aimed at rewarding customer loyalty and promoting excellence.

The property, located at Airport Residence in Old Yundum, was handed over to Modou Jobe, a 31-year-old machinery operator from Toroba village in the North Bank Region (NBR). Jobe emerged as the winner of the raffle draw popularly known as “Nekal Borom Kerr.”

Speaking at the presentation ceremony, Jobe expressed gratitude to Africell, describing the award as life-changing.

“I could hardly believe it when my name was announced because I was competing with about 30 other participants,” he said, thanking the company for recognizing and rewarding its customers.

Also addressing the gathering, Chief Executive Officer of Africell The Gambia, Hussein Diab Ghanem, said the duplex was one of two houses being awarded under the promotion.

“This house is one of the two houses Africell is awarding to its winners, and this marks the presentation of the first house,” Ghanem said.

He encouraged customers to remain loyal to the network, noting that dedication and continued use of Africell services could result in significant rewards, including home ownership.
