The Kanifing magistrate Court will on Monday 20th May 2024, continue hearing a malicious injury to property case involving one Abubakar Tunkara at Fajara.
Mr. Tunkara alleged to have damaged the following items, a car mark BMW with the registration number BJL4545T windscreen, valued at D15,000.00, toilet seat valued at D2,500.00, window valued at D1,500.00, total valued of D19,000.00 being the properties of one Bangi Akambi.
The complainant, Mr. Akambi in his testimony told the court that he gave a statement to the police and photos of the damaged properties were also taken when the matter was reported to the police.
The said pictures were accordingly tendered by the prosecutor as exhibits without any objection raised by the accused.
The matter is adjourned to Monday 20th May 2024 at 11am.
