The two individuals accused of conspiring to steal a mobile phone and cash from one Muhammed Mansaray at Bisco Garden in Bakoteh were yesterday arraigned at the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court.
Francis Correa and Musa Camara appeared before Magistrate Mben Faal on Wednesday to answer charges of conspiracy and stealing.
The court heard that the duo on 12 November 2023, conspired and stole a mobile phone and D2,000 from Mansaray at Bakoteh Bisco Garden in the KanifingMunicipality of the Republic of The Gambia.
The phone was valued at D1,500.
They denied wrongdoing and were each granted bail in the sum of D5000 and must provide a Gambian surety.
The case continues.
