Ousman Sowe, an alleged murderer of the late Khalipha Colley, on Wednesday 12th July 2023 pleaded not guilty before Justice Sherriff B. Tabally of Brikama High Court.
When the matter was called by the clerk following the interpretation of the charge sheet, the accused, Ousman Sowe, pleaded not guilty and said something of such never happened.
According to the statement of his offense Ousman Sowe on or about the 25th day of December 2021 at Jatta Kunda in KartongVillage, Kombo South, and diverse places in The Gambia, unlawfully caused the death of Khalipha Colley by stabbing him on his neck.
