TMT Female Football Club captain Kaddy Jallow and defender Fatou Fatty have departed The Gambia to join Bhutanese side Paro FC on a four-month deal, with an option for an extension.
The move marks a new chapter in the careers of the two players, who have played key roles in the development and success of TMT FC since the establishment of the women’s team.
Jallow, who served as the club’s captain, was recognised for her leadership, consistency and contribution on the pitch, while Fatty established herself as a dependable defender through her strong performances.
Both players have also represented The Gambia at international level. Jallow is a member of the Senior Women’s National Team, while Fatty has featured for the Gambia U-20 Women’s National Team.
At Paro FC, the duo will join other Gambian players already making their mark in Bhutan, further expanding the presence of Gambian football talent abroad.
TMT FC President Omar Ho Saidykhan, alongside members of the club’s leadership, was at the airport to bid farewell to the players.
He congratulated Jallow and Fatty on the opportunity, urging them to approach the move with humility, discipline and determination while representing TMT FC and The Gambia.
Saidykhan also encouraged the players to respect the culture, traditions and values of their new club and host country.
