Gambian Dutch Lions midfielder Cherno Jallow scored the winning goal in his team’s 3-2 victory over Harts at the Dimphy’s Memorial Football Complex in Faraba.
Jallow, popularly known as “CHE”, struck late in the match after reacting quickest to a rebound inside the penalty area following an attempt by teammate Ibrahim Diallo.
The goal secured a crucial win for Gambian Dutch Lions in a tightly contested league encounter.
The midfielder has now scored four league goals this season, continuing his strong run of form.
Jallow has been a key figure for his side, contributing both goals and assists while showing versatility in midfield and attacking roles.
He recently scored another notable goal against Greater Tomorrow, when he came off the bench to net a long-range strike that hit the post before going in.
Coaches and observers have praised his composure, technical ability, and consistency despite his young age, with expectations that he will continue to develop as the season progresses.
