Gambian defender Alieu Cham delivered another assured performance as İstanbulspor secured a 3-1 victory over Vanspor in the Turkish Liga 1 on Saturday.
Cham made his fifth consecutive start for the club and played a key role in defence as İstanbulspor controlled proceedings. He contributed four duels won, four recoveries and four clearances, while also adding four key defensive actions. On the ball, he completed nine carries and covered 120.2 metres during the match.
The 22-year-old continues to grow in importance for the squad, having now made eight starts in 23 league appearances this season, with a total of 885 minutes played.
His consistent involvement reflects his increasing role in the team as İstanbulspor push for stability in the league.
