The Gambian Chinguetti Students Association for Cooperation and Development has congratulated Sheikh Dr. Kemo Saidykhan following his successful defence of a doctoral dissertation, describing the achievement as a significant milestone for both the academic and religious community.
In a statement issued to the media, the association commended Dr. Saidykhan for graduating with first-class honours, noting that the accomplishment reflects dedication, discipline and commitment to scholarship.
The association said the achievement represents the culmination of years of study and perseverance, adding that it serves as an inspiration to students and scholars pursuing higher education.
“This remarkable academic achievement is a testament to patience, determination and sincere devotion to knowledge,” the statement said.
Members of the association also expressed hope that Dr. Saidykhan’s expertise would contribute to education, community development and Islamic scholarship in The Gambia and beyond.
