The Brikama Sports Committee (BSC) League final will go into a replay after Touray’s FA and Top Ten FC played out a thrilling 2-2 draw on Sunday.
Touray’s FA took an early 2-0 lead through goals from Sheriff Jawo and Muhammad Barrow. However, Top Ten FC mounted a spirited comeback, with Yusupha Jabbie reducing the deficit before captain Ebrima Sillah equalized, leaving the match tied at halftime.
The remainder of the game saw both teams pressing aggressively, but neither could find a winner, and the score remained level at the final whistle.
The BSC has yet to announce a date for the replay. Should the match remain undecided in regulation time, the winner of the coveted league cup will be determined via a penalty shootout.
