Benz & BMA, Rien FA, and Superstars FA have all progressed to the next round of the Brikama Sports Committee (BSC) Nawettan qualifiers.
In a highly competitive derby, Benz & BMA narrowly defeated the more experienced Chimo United. Musa Badjie’s lone goal secured victory for Benz & BMA.
Rien FA edged past Sinchu United in a tense penalty shootout following a 2-2 draw. Muhammed Lowe opened the scoring for Sinchu United in the 4th minute, only for Alagie Suwareh to equalize four minutes later. Abdou Jatta put Sinchu ahead again in the 13th minute, but an own goal by Sulayman Jammeh restored parity for Rien FA in the 30th minute.
Superstars FA secured their place in the fourth round with a 1-0 win over New Bojang Kunda FC.
