The management of Today Makes Tomorrow (TMT) FC has signed three partnership deals aimed at promoting football talent in the country. The signing ceremony was held at the Tamala Beach Hotel on Wednesday July 2,2025.

The three partners involved are JDFS Alberts, a top Latvian football club known for elite youth development; Baltic Sports Agency (BSA), a strategic sports agency based in Latvia; and Adoura Sports Consulting, a U.S.-based sports consultancy with operations in Europe and Africa.

The goal of the partnership is to promote long-term youth development, talent exchange, and international exposure for young African footballers.

According to Omar H.O. Saidykhan, founder and Chief Executive Officer of TMT, the collaboration will create pathways for training, scouting, and future opportunities, connecting local talent with international standards and resources.

“The Gambia has abundant talent in football. We want to promote the development of sports in the country to a higher level. This is the goal of TMT. We task ourselves to nurture talent and open avenues for them to excel so that footballers can realise their dreams of playing in professional and highly competitive leagues around the world,” Mr. Saidykhan said at the ceremony.

Janis Pakalns, vice-president of JDFS Alberts, said his club’s approach to nurturing talent aligns well with TMT’s vision, adding that the collaboration will positively impact both clubs.

Other speakers, including Francis Abalo of Adoura Sports Consulting and Patrick Ancans, a FIFA football agent with BSA, both highlighted the importance of talent scouting and international cooperation in developing football careers.
