The Kanifing Magistrates’ Court is usually a beehive of activity during working hours as the court is the home to not only five lower courts but a Cadi court as well.
The court is on almost every working week thronged by people, seekingredress, those undergoing trial, their relatives, and well-wishers.
However, the hygiene condition of the court’s exterior toilets was deplorable as the toilets were not only left in near decay but also strewn with other waste materials.
The current condition of the toilets hasbeen hugely inconveniencing the court-going public.
