Modou Njie well known as N Njies, He was born in 1989 11 January in a place called bansang, and he moved to the western Gambia at Bakoteh when he was a boy, that’s where he spend his whole life in and currently staying in Bakoteh, N Njies is one of those that supported Gambian music since day one.
Before he began his musical career, he used to promote Gambian music by giving his full support, he got his fan base called superstars entertainment which aims to supporting Gambian music.
He recorded few songs before he kick off his career, these songs are Gambian music , “taru jigean, am dara la, wake up.”
