Health workers could be seen busy screening travelers including tourists entering the country as the screening points now mounts right at the border entry point between the two countries.

The reports have it that immigration officers were also seen at the same border post with the health worker checking on any person entering the country.

As the outbreak of the corona virus continuing to spread wide in the Sub-Saharan Africa and including the Senegambia regions, Gambians in and outside the country are concern about the country’s readiness in preventing the spread of the virus into the country.
