The former President Yahya Jammeh has denied at his base in Equatorial Guinea of been sent on exile as he claimed of being on leave.

Jammeh, who was speaking to APRC Rambo Jatta on WhatsApp conversation said: “well some people will say if that is the case when is he coming?  If anybody doubts when I am coming should ask GRTS to replay my last statement, the statement I made when I spoke to Barrow where I told Gambians how long I will be out. And when I was leaving the country, I made it very clear how long I am going to be on leave and I am on leave. Let me made it very clear is only the Almighty Allah who can say only Yayah Jammeh but not Yayah Jammeh.”

Further speaking on a break-line audio conversation advice the deputy party leader not to put APRC into any form of coalition agreement with a single opposition political party this while describing the APRC party as the biggest in term of voters’ turnout and fan base.

“I do not want APRC to go into any form of coalition agreement with any opposition political because we still the larger party in term of party militants and we a party of peace,” he said.
