SSHFC Unveils New Website to Enhance Services Delivery

The Management of Social Security and Housing Finance Corporation (SSHFC) through its visionary leadership of their Managing Director, officially launched its new website dubbed, www.sshfc.gm at a colorful ceremony held at Ocean Bay Hotel.

The ultimate objective of this website is to enable SSHFC have easy access to its customers within and around the World as this world is a global village.

The event was well attended by government institutions and stakeholders recently at Ocean Bay Hotel.

Mr. Fabuka Njaay , Director of cooperate Affair SSHFC explained that one of the main rational behind launching this website is to ensure that SSHFC  provide useful information to its customers to enhance effective service delivery.

He said there is no doubt that SSHFC is committed to provide effective and useful information to its customers through this platform, adding that the  objective is to engage their customers to monitor their activities through this platform.

“We always trying to come closer to our customers, as much as possible one of the key of doing that is to effect of communication marketing strategies, and this is why we have enhance our platform with more features useful information that we believe will add value to the customers,” he explained.

He said customers are key’s to SSHFC daily operation and it is important that we look for way of engaging them, as they want to have access to them.

According to him, it will make easier, and therefore the important attach to this platform is key, all information regarding SSHFC ranging from operation, and management are entailing in this platform.

“We want to have access to our customers that prompted us to organizing this launching at the Greater Banjul Area where SSHFC have most of their customers. We will continue to foster partnership with our customers and by extension thanked them for this collaboration in ensuring that this Website is successful launched. We encourage all customers to have access to this website useful information are entail in this platform,”

Njaay assure its customers that SSHFC are always available to communicate to them as he indicated customers are their first priority.

In his official launching, Mohamadou Manjang, Managing Director of SSHFC explained that SSHFC was established in 1981 to provide pension services and access to housing for its members as it is the largest institutional investor in the country with a diversified investment portfolio across various sectors of the economy.

He noted that the Website is imperative to ensure the cooperation smooth services delivery to its esteem customers, adding that they attached a great importance to this website and hopefully it will ease numerous communication challenges facing the institution.

He added that the boards of director are committed to continue working with the management to ensure that they continue to provide the requisite human capacity for our employees.

According to him, SSHFC is the Gambia sole provider of social protection services supporting over 9,579 employers by providing access to those services that best suit the needs of their employees and business.
