Black Thunder launch new Single ‘Nema Banko- Gambia’

Black Thunder, a Switzerland based Gambian reggae and dancehall artist has launched his new single entitled ‘Nema Banko- Gambia’ featuring Philanthropy.
The launching was done as a Tobaski tour on 23 August Kerewan hall, 24 Njaba Kunda hall organised by Royal Fan club.
It featured Deejay Mutaburaka of Africa Light Sound, DJ Bandose, DJ HI-P and DJ NJAGS guest artists are Rapa, Gago, Kiliman Jaro, Deliver and Trigger-Rooga.
Thunder who was in Gambia in April where he shoot two music video as part of his promotional tour in Gambia. The single that were shoot as video are “Jawuya”, “Nations Girls” filmed by Wax media. He also record song with Philanthropy called “Gambia- Nema Banko”

Thunder told The Voice Vibes that the launching was a huge success as the first and second shows were packed.

According to him, the lyrics in songs talks about unity, love and peace among all tribes in The Gambia.

“Gambia belongs to all; nobody should take it by your own, let embrace the diversity peace and unity among us,” he said.

“As an artist it is incumbent on us to speaks to the people about the importance of peace and Gambia is known for peace so we need to cherish that,”

He urged Gambians to embrace each other as brothers and sister and move the country forward for the future generation

“I want to make a breakthrough in 2018 by focusing and concentrating in my career more as it is the one I study in school so am ready to spread positivity and speak for the people through music,” he told journalists. “I am determined to move my music higher because is the only thing I study in school”
