Raba FC made a winning start to the 2026-27 Farafenni Football Association Nawettan after defeating Farafenni General Hospital 2-0 in their opening fixture.
Raba FC produced a disciplined performance, combining solid defending with purposeful attacking play to secure all three points.
After controlling much of the contest, Raba FC broke the deadlock before adding a second goal to put the result beyond the reach of Farafenni General Hospital.
Farafenni General Hospital attempted to respond and created opportunities to reduce the deficit, but Raba’s organised defence remained resolute to preserve a clean sheet.
The victory gives Raba FC an encouraging start to the new Nawettan season with three valuable points.
