Pencha FC continued their impressive campaign in the 2026 SWESO Nawettan League with a 2-0 victory over Newcastle, securing three points through a disciplined and clinical performance.
Pencha took the initiative from the opening whistle, pressing forward in search of an early breakthrough.
Their persistence paid off in the 30th minute when Sanna Njie opened the scoring to give Pencha a 1-0 lead.
Newcastle returned from the break looking to level the score, but Pencha remained organised and posed a threat on the counter-attack.
The West Side side doubled their advantage in the 73rd minute through Jamkom Saidy, who found the net to make it 2-0.
Pencha controlled the closing stages of the match and denied Newcastle an opportunity to mount a comeback.
The victory keeps Pencha FC’s strong run in the SWESO Nawettan League intact, with Njie and Saidy’s goals securing all three points.
