The Gambia national team captain Omar Colley has joined Saudi Pro League club Al-Fayha on a one-year contract.

The 33-year-old central defender joins Al-Fayha after leaving fellow Saudi club Al-Diriyah, where he spent the previous season.

Colley brings considerable experience at both club and international level to his new side, having played in several European leagues before moving to Saudi Arabia.

The Gambian defender has also been a key member of the national team, representing The Gambia in international competitions and serving as captain of the Scorpions.

His move to Al-Fayha will see him continue his career in the Saudi Pro League, where he is expected to provide experience and defensive leadership.

The transfer also ensures that Colley remains active at a competitive level as The Gambia prepares for upcoming international engagements.
