Gambian forward Saikou A. Secka has joined Saudi First Division club Al-Tai FC ahead of the new campaign.
Secka, who previously played for Saudi club Al-Fayha, will continue his professional career in the Gulf region after securing a move to Al-Tai.
The transfer provides the Gambian attacker with another opportunity to establish himself in Saudi football and contribute to Al-Tai’s ambitions in the First Division.
Secka is expected to focus on adapting to his new surroundings, building an understanding with his new teammates and competing for a regular place in the squad.
His move to Al-Tai adds to the growing number of Gambian footballers pursuing professional careers in leagues outside the country.
Further details of the transfer, including the length of Secka’s contract, were not immediately available.
