Gambian attacker Salieu Drammeh scored twice in five minutes after coming off the bench to inspire Standard Liège to a home victory over RAAL La Louvière in the Belgian league.
Drammeh was introduced in the 62nd minute and made an immediate impact, opening the scoring in the 68th minute with a composed finish.
The 21-year-old doubled Standard Liège’s lead in the 73rd minute, completing a clinical brace that effectively put the match beyond the visitors.
His decisive contribution transformed the game and earned him the Man of the Match award, capping an outstanding second-half performance.
Drammeh’s display is another boost for Gambian football as the forward continues to impress with his finishing ability and attacking influence in Belgium.
