Gambian forward Mustapha Jallow continued his impressive scoring form by netting the opening goal as Paro FC defeated Drukpa 3-1 away in the Bhutan Premier League.

Jallow gave the visitors an early lead in the fifth minute, finishing calmly to put Paro FC ahead and set the tone for a dominant display.

Paro FC controlled much of the match, enjoying the majority of possession and creating several scoring opportunities. Their superiority was rewarded when Richard Sagna scored twice to extend the visitors’ advantage and effectively seal the victory.

Drukpa pulled a goal back deep into stoppage time after Temuri converted a penalty in the 90+3rd minute, but the late strike proved only a consolation.

The victory strengthens Paro FC’s campaign in the Bhutan Premier League as the club continues its pursuit of domestic honours.

For Jallow, the goal further underlines his growing influence at the club, with the Gambian forward maintaining a consistent run of decisive performances this season.
