Gambian international striker Ali Sowe scored as Çaykur Rizespor defeated Gaziantep 2-0 in the Turkish Super Lig on Sunday.
Sowe scored Rizespor’s second goal to help the home side secure all three points after a solid performance against Gaziantep.
The Gambian forward demonstrated his attacking instincts inside the box before calmly finishing to double Rizespor’s advantage.
Rizespor maintained control of the match after taking a two-goal lead, managing the game effectively to prevent Gaziantep from mounting a comeback.
The goal adds to Sowe’s scoring contribution in Turkish football and provides an encouraging boost as he continues his campaign with Rizespor.
The Gambian international will now look to build on the performance as Rizespor continue their Super Lig campaign.
