Manjai Sports Association Unveils New Executive Committee

Manjai Sports Association (MSA) has announced a new Executive Committee to lead the organisation and advance sports development, youth empowerment and community engagement in the area.

The new executive is headed by Babucarr Jaiteh, who has been elected President. He will be assisted by Aja Kaddish Jaiteh as First Vice President and Batch Samba Ceesay as Second Vice President.

Muhammed Njie assumes the position of Secretary, with Bakary Sanyang serving as Assistant Secretary. Financial affairs will be overseen by Treasurer Cherno Jobe and Assistant Treasurer Kebba Touray.

To strengthen accountability and transparency, Zakaria Bah has been appointed Auditor, assisted by Francis Mendy as Assistant Auditor.

Public relations and media activities will be coordinated by Abu B. Jallow as Public Relations Officer (PRO) and Furu Correa as Media Officer.

The logistics department will be led by Abu Bilal as Head of Logistics, supported by Kara Njie as Logistics Officer.

The Executive Committee also includes Muhammed Marigo, Ebrima Sama and Musa Jallow as Executive Members, while Haddy FoFana serves as a Co-opted Member.

In the sports and facility management departments, Pa Amat Foon has been appointed Football Coordinator and Ousman Sarr Park Manager.

According to the association, the appointment of the new executive reflects MSA’s commitment to strengthening its organisational structure and promoting sports development within the community.

The newly elected committee is expected to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing sporting opportunities and fostering greater community participation during its tenure.
