The Group B league phase of the 2026 Kanifing Municipal Regional Football Association (KMRFA) Third Division Male League concluded on Friday with several teams registering victories in the final round of fixtures.
Fajara South FC defeated Latrikunda United FC 1-0, with Abdoulie Gomez scoring the only goal of the match in the second half to secure maximum points for his side.
At the Serekunda West Mini Stadium, Universal Sporting Boys FC also recorded a 1-0 victory over Super Stars FC in a closely contested encounter.
Bakau United FC produced an impressive performance to beat KWT Giants FC 3-1 at Brusubi. Bakary Ceesay opened the scoring before Modou Lamin Jallow and Ebrima Suwareh added further goals to seal the win.
BK West United FC ended their campaign with a 1-0 triumph over Huskers FC, courtesy of a goal from Mustapha Camara.
In the day’s other fixture, KT Flamemins FC and Football Hero FC played out a goalless draw at Kotu.
The completion of the final round of matches brings the Group B league phase to a close, with teams now awaiting confirmation of the final standings and qualification outcomes ahead of the next stage of the competition.
