Matchweek Eight of the Kanifing Municipal Region Football Association (KMRFA) Third Division League produced goals, comebacks and late drama across two fixtures on Saturday.
At the Bakau Mini Stadium, Super Stars FC secured a 2–1 win over BK West United in a closely contested encounter. Ebou Zall Gibba opened the scoring before Modou Lamin Bissidy doubled the lead for Super Stars FC. BK West United pulled one back through Mustapha Camara, but Super Stars FC held on to claim all three points.
In the second fixture, KWT Giants and Latrikunda United drew 2–2 in an entertaining match. Latrikunda United led 2–0 at halftime through a brace from Yusupha Jammeh. However, KWT Giants responded in the second half with goals from Ebrima Barry and Ousainou Gibba to complete the comeback and secure a point.
The results continued the competitive nature of the league as teams battle for key points in the ongoing season.
