North Star FC recorded a 3-1 victory over Gambia Armed Forces (GAF) in a league match played at Kerr Jatta.
North Star FC took control of the game with Alieu Demba opening the scoring through a free kick. Mafugi Ceesay doubled the lead before new signing Salmina added a third goal to secure all three points. The result completed a league double for North Star FC over GAF this season.
In another fixture played at East, Tallinding United drew 1-1 with Kanifing East. Tallinding United led at half-time through Modou Lami Faye, who scored in added time (45+2). Kanifing East equalised in the second half through Foday Suwaneh to earn a point.
Elsewhere in Yundum, Wagadu FC defeated Serrekunda United 2-0. Wagadu controlled the match and converted their chances to secure a surprise away victory and maximum points.
