The North Bank Regional Football Association (NBRFA) has invited a selection of promising youth players to participate in Talent Development Trials scheduled for April 7 at Kerr Jatta North Star Football Field.
The trials aim to identify and nurture future football stars from academies across the region. Eligible players must have been born in 2010 or 2011, according to the National Talent Coach.
Selected participants come from several academies, including Prominence FA (Essau), Mayamba FA (Mayamba), United Football Academy (Barra), Brighten Football Academy (Ndofan), Medina Football Academy (Medina Darru), World Connect Football Academy (Toubakolong), and Golden Boy Football Academy (Fase Njaga Choi).
Among the invitees are Bubacarr Sonko, Landing Manneh, and Isamila Saidy from Prominence FA; Amadou Joof, Adama Jallow, Yusupha Sanyang, and Alieu Trawally from Mayamba FA; and Abdoulie Jarju, Adama Kebbeh, Muhammad Faal, and Ebrima Jargum from United Football Academy.
Brighten Football Academy will be represented by Malick Bah, Modou Marong, and Essa Jobe, while Medina FA’s selected players include Kabir Laye, Njaga Sacka, Mass Njie, and Alagie Bah. World Connect Football Academy has invited Abdoulie Kanteh, Malik Sackin, Kebba Njie, and Ebrima Ceesay, and Golden Boy FA completes the list with Mbaye Touray, Abdou Rahman Ndaw, Samba Jow, and Sait Joof.
The initiative forms part of NBRFA’s broader effort to strengthen youth development and create pathways for young players to advance in Gambian football.
