Mr. Abubakary Jawara, CEO of GACH Global Group has donated 20,000 dollars (D1, 360,000) to the Gambia Hajj Commission to purchase Ambulanceanan for Gambian pilgrims currently in the Holy City of Mecca.
The donation is meant to support the Gambian pilgrims to access timely medical assistance whenever needs arise.
Ebrima Jarjue Chairman, National Hajj Commission, said: “On behalf of the National Hajj Commission Members, the Ministry of Lands, Regional Government and Religious Affairs, and the entire Gambian Pilgrim, I wish to extend our sincere appreciation to you for the financial assistance you have rendered to the Hajj Commission amounting to USD 20,000 Twenty Thousand United States Dollars in pursuance of securing an Ambulance to be used by Gambian Pilgrims in Saudi Arabia during the Hajj Period.
Your support will help thousands of Pilgrims during the Hajj period. We cannot thank you enough, we ask Allah to reward you abundantly and bless your wealth.”
