The Experimental Analyses:

By Mbye J Jasseh.

Gambia a nation that has independence from British rule. This country is called the smiling coast of western part of Africa. This country where unity and harmony is well expressed but we are wallowing in a very harmful manner at this point in time because of bad governance.

The Gambia is crying all day and night because of the heinous political leaders in the mantle of leadership who are not representing the needs of the people, as they are looting and embezzling the resources of the nation while the people are starving and dying in most circumstances.

The political leaders are not in the business of evaluating and laying an experimental concept to better the lives of the masses.  Similarly, they don’t know anything about the well-being of the Gambian population because our lives are at risk and nothing of goodness has not been said or done to ameliorate the current situation of the people. This is exactly an image of a bad government living in the midst of the Gambian political scheme.

They think that they are doing well, they have betrayed our trust as a nation. The Gambia government does nothing to help its citizens live in a stable environment. They cannot even control the food that we consume, because things have become exorbitant to the extreme and they are still in a silent mood as if they don’t have mouths to talk. This is not a silent matter, it’s a very serious problem that they must bail us from so that we can have access to basic food commodities at a reasonable price.

Having goods and services at a reasonable price would be very difficult simply because of the fact that we don’t produce our own home made food or products. Most of the goods are imported from other civilizations and we feel comfortable receiving those goods. It’s madness that captivated the world of corruption in a pernicious fashion.

We have what it takes to feed ourselves and liberate ourselves from the insane activities that we plunged ourselves into because things will work better if we begin to see beyond the boundaries of imagination and mental alertness.

Therefore, it’s very clear that we have incompetent individuals representing our grievances at the throne of leadership and these beings need to be forestalled as soon as possible in order to dwell in a country of success and activation. But our pride can no longer allow us to be maltreated, our pride commands us to fight any injustice made practically and theoretically, our pride demands our participation in the nation’s affairs, our pride is the power to we have to resist corruption, but all these things have lost their significance and now we are facing the aftermath of corruption and its fellows.

Gambia must rise to the highest level of development and we the current generation will make that happen if only we believe in ourselves and have the imagination of truth. Our concepts shouldn’t be negative to the detriment of the nation, our actions shouldn’t be negative to the detriment of the nation because we are The Gambia.

The time must come to elect good leaders who understand the ethics of government and governance in sequence, as well as knowing what politics infers. It’s obvious that most of the leaders don’t know the spirit of politics and they just jumped in the political arena blindly. So these are the kind of people we need not to choose to represent our needs because they would amass wealth and leave us to face the trials and tribulations of this world.

Gambia can be a great land if we consider the nation and do things in accordance with the laws of nature and its conventional already prescribed laws at hand. Life wouldn’t be dire if we continue to participate in politics based on tribal sentiments, which if accomplished, always leads to a critical political atmosphere. Therefore, “ politics is the art of science of decision making through public means as opposed to decisions made through private means “. We need to think in a wise manner before getting ourselves into dangerous traps.

The Gambia can see the image of progress and development if we eliminate tribalism, corruption, ignorance, laziness, incompetency and political misunderstanding.
